Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle SOA Suite Administrator to manage, maintain, and support core middleware environments. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and tuning Oracle SOA Suite 12c and WebLogic Server platforms, troubleshooting production incidents, and collaborating closely with cross-functional technical teams to ensure continuous service reliability and optimal performance.
What will your role look like
• Install, configure, administer, patch, and upgrade Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, and WebLogic Server environments.
• Manage SOA domains, managed servers, clusters, data sources, JMS resources, security, and application deployments.
• Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot SOA composites, BPEL processes, Mediator services, OSB services, and adapters.
• Support production incidents, conduct log and root-cause analyses, perform service recovery, and execute backup, restore, and environment cloning tasks.
• Configure and maintain middleware security, SSL certificates, keystores, and user access controls.
• Automate routine administrative tasks utilizing shell scripting, WLST, or Ansible.
• Assist development teams with basic composite development, deployment, testing, and debugging.
• Coordinate effectively with infrastructure, database, application, and development teams.

We would like you to bring along
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle WebLogic Server administration.
• Solid experience with Oracle SOA Suite 12c components, including BPEL, Mediator, Human Workflow, BAM, and Enterprise Manager.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Service Bus (OSB), JMS, JDBC, Web Services, and development fundamentals with SOA composites, XML, XSD, WSDL, XPath/XSLT, REST, and SOAP.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix, shell scripting, deployment automation, Oracle Database connectivity, and SQL troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of SSL certificates, keystores, and middleware security concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Preferred experience with OCI, Kubernetes, Docker, Oracle Integration Cloud, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, or Terraform, and relevant Oracle certifications.
