Do well, and you get a job offer. Simple as that. No re-interviewing. No waiting around. Just results leading to opportunity.
🧠 Mentorship, Not Hand-Holding
You’ll have access to senior engineers and tech leads, but they’re not going to spoon-feed you. We give you the resources and direction—you figure out the rest. That’s how you actually learn.
🏆 A Certificate That Means Something
GENESIS completion isn’t just a line on your resume. People in the industry know what this program demands, and that reputation matters.
How It Works
A. Pre-Program Training
Before the internship begins, all selected interns must complete a mandatory self-paced online training. We will provide you access to learning modules that will cover software development fundamentals, Agile practices, Git, cloud and DevOps basics, project management, and our core tech stack.
The estimated time commitment is 20–25 hours, and progress will be tracked through weekly automated check-ins to ensure completion and readiness for the program.
B. Program Structure and Timeline
Week 1: Orientation and Project Initiation
The first week will focus on onboarding and orientation. Interns will be introduced to InfoBeans’ culture, teams, and ways of working, followed by team formation and project allocation based on skills. The week will conclude with project kickoff, sprint planning, and mentor allocation.
Weeks 2–7: Project Execution and Mentorship
During this phase, interns will work in agile teams on assigned projects. The weekly structure will include daily stand-ups, scheduled mentor connect, and bi-weekly sprint reviews with stakeholders. Knowledge-sharing sessions and tech talks will be conducted regularly. Key milestones include proof of concept presentation, leadership review, and final sprint execution.
Week 8: Demo and Program Closure
The final week will include Demo Day, where interns will present their projects to InfoBeans leadership and stakeholders. This will be followed by project handover, documentation, individual performance reviews, and discussions on potential full-time opportunities.

Here’s the Thing

If you want to challenge yourself, work on projects that matter, and prove you belong among the top tech talent in India, this is your shot.
Are you GENESIS material?
